The Health Care Assistants (HCA) Programme The Health Care Assistants (HCA) programme is flexible, enjoyable and cost-effective.  It fulfils government policy to increase competence of care to a regulated, national standard. Its flexibility enables employers and their staff to select the modules and method of delivery most appropriate to their needs. The material  has been developed as a work based stand alone programme with a certificate of achievement being awarded by Radcliffe upon successful completion of each part. If required the full programme provides substantial underpinning knowledge of the Care NVQ Level 2, simplifying the process of portfolio development.
