Who
is it for?
PRP is an invaluable training programme for
receptionists and administrators working within primary care.
PRP Part 1, 2 and 3 are suitable for new or
experienced staff. Receptionists and administrators who have been
working in general practice for many
years have found great satisfaction and benefit from completing the
programme, those who are new to the role gain comprehensive and
indispensable knowledge and confidence.
PRP 4: The Next Step completes the programme and is

opportunities in the expanding world of primary care.
