Who is it for? PRP The Next Step has been developed for the learners who have already completed PRP1, 2 and 3 and are keen to continue their development. It is also ideal for all established receptionist and more experienced staff. The programme also provides the knowledge base and portfolio development at Level 3, ideal for contiunuing professional development or for those working toward national vocational qalifications.
