Who is it for?
PRP The Next Step has been developed for the learners
who have already completed PRP1, 2 and 3 and are keen to continue
their development. It is also ideal for all established
receptionist and more experienced staff. The programme
also provides the knowledge base and portfolio development at
Level 3, ideal for contiunuing professional development or for
those working toward national vocational qalifications. What do
I get?
The comprehensive material consists of eight workbooks, all
designed to stimulate learners and prepare them for the challenges
and opportunities in the expanding role of primary care. The
package is complimented by the book, Dealing with Difficult
People, a very helpful primer by Roy Lilley, former NHS Trust
Chairman and well known author, broadcaster and speaker on NHS and

flexible methods of delivery are described clearly and
concisely. The material covers organisational advice, tutor

All of which are provided without charge. In addition,
organisers have the support of Radcliffe's education team whose
combined experience is such that there can be very few problems
that they have not encountered and overcome.
