Structure The workbooks allow for creative, independent and flexible learning; they are learner-led and paced and can be completed through self-study or as the learning materials necessary to accompany more formal training within primary care and higher education. Flexible delivery The programme is learner-led and paced, and can be completed through self-study or directed by a trainer.  It could be used by existing groups or local networks already established, or delivered as an individual training package at trust, college or practice level.  Each part can stand alone and can be used for workshops, study days and seminars.   There is no examination.  Coursework is signed off by a trainer or mentor, and a Certificate of Achievement awarded on successful completion.  Those wishing to gain an S/NVQ qualification will need to contact their local centre and should keep their coursework as evidence.
