Journal Advertisement Guidelines

Please note: Adverts are placed on a space available basis. In most cases we will not be able to confirm which issue your advert will appear in. If your advert is time critical it may be better to consider a loose insert.

  • Files must be supplied as press optimised PDF files or Word files. Please note that we cannot accept QuarkXpress or any Mac format files

  • Colour files must be composite CMYK, mono files as greyscale

  • Exclude crop marks

  • Halftones should be scanned at a resolution of 300 dpi for continuous tone, i.e. colour or greyscale. Line art images and pixel based representations of text should be scanned at a minimum of 600 dpi

  • All images should be fully digitally integrated in their high resolution formats

  • All fonts must be embedded

  • Adverts are normally printed full page, non bleed

Any adverts/inserts for Informatics in Primary Care and Mental Health in Family Medicine MUST be approved by the journal editor before acceptance.
